The Goal:
The goal of this project was to design a modern, conversion-focused ecommerce experience that makes it easy for users to discover, compare, and purchase Lixo’s premium massage chairs and wellness products. The interface needed to communicate relaxation, trust, and premium quality while supporting clear product storytelling and strong after-sales assurance. From a UX perspective, the objective was to simplify the journey from browsing to enquiry/purchase, highlight key benefits like zero-gravity comfort, warranty, and free installation, and ensure that customers can quickly find the right chair based on their needs and budget. On the brand side, the goal was to strengthen Lixo’s positioning as a reliable, customer-centric wellness brand with professional support and pan-India service.

The Challenge:
Lixo already had a strong product proposition, but the existing digital experience did not fully communicate its premium value, service strength, and wellness benefits in a clear, structured way. Users needed to understand complex features like zero-gravity modes, multiple massage programs, and warranty advantages without feeling overwhelmed or lost in the interface. Another key challenge was balancing an ecommerce-style catalog with a high-trust, consultative feel so that both first-time buyers and informed users could quickly find the right massage chair for their needs, budget, and space. The design also had to address diverse audiences—home users, offices, healthcare, and institutional buyers—while keeping navigation simple and the overall experience fast, responsive, and mobile-friendly.

The Result
The new Lixo.in experience presents the brand as a premium, trustworthy wellness partner, with a clean visual system, focused messaging, and intuitive navigation that guide users from discovery to decision with confidence. Clear product hierarchies, structured comparisons, and prominent highlights of warranty, support, and free installation make the value proposition easy to grasp at a glance. By simplifying user flows and elevating key content, the website now better serves multiple audience segments—home users, offices, and institutions—without clutter or confusion, improving both perceived quality and usability across devices. The result is a cohesive UI/UX that strengthens Lixo’s digital brand presence and supports higher engagement, enquiries, and sales conversions.
